The total amount will be charged at the time of booking. This rate allows changes to the reservation dates up to 30 days before arrival (amendments subject to hotel availability). Modifications must be requested via email to reservas@elspinsresort.com. If the change incurs a cost higher than the amount already paid, the remaining amount must be paid to confirm any modifications. In the event that the new reservation costs less, the amount will not be refunded but can be used as credit for the consumption of additional services at the hotel.
